What are your products made from?
Our resources are 3D printed using high-quality, durable PLA filament. PLA is a plant-based plastic that is lightweight, strong, and ideal for educational resources.
Are your products safe for children?
Our resources are designed for educational use with adult supervision. They are not intended for children under 3 years of age as they may contain small parts that present a choking hazard.
Where are your products made?
All of our resources are designed and 3D printed by us in Perth, Australia.
Do you collaborate with educators, content creators, or businesses?
Yes! We love collaborating with educators, early childhood professionals, schools, businesses, and content creators who share our passion for hands-on learning.

How long will my order take?
We endeavour to ship your order within 2-4 working days from when your order is placed. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes! We ship Australia-wide using tracked postage. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Can I choose my colours?
Many of our products are available in a range of colours. Where colour options are available, you can select your preference on the product page.
Will my product look exactly like the photos?
Because our resources are individually 3D printed, slight variations in colour and surface finish may occur. These small differences are a normal part of the 3D printing process and do not affect the quality or function of the product.
Can I clean the resources?
Yes. Simply wipe them with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Do not place them in the dishwasher or expose them to high temperatures, as this may cause warping.
Do you offer discounts for schools or bulk orders?
Yes. We offer pricing for larger orders from schools, early learning centres, and educational organisations. Please contact us for a personalised quote.
Can I request a resource you don't currently sell?
Absolutely! We're always developing new hands-on learning resources. We'd love to hear your ideas.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Can I return my order?
If there's a problem with your order, please contact us. Due to the custom-made nature of many of our products, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind.
