What does the Gold Infinity mean?

The gold infinity symbol is used within the autistic and neurodivergent community as a symbol of autism acceptance and diversity.

Gold is particularly associated with autism because the chemical symbol for gold is Au — the first two letters of autism. The infinity symbol represents the diversity of experiences, strengths and ways of thinking across the autism spectrum.

This symbol celebrates acceptance, individuality and neurodiversity.
